The picture of the room is actually the one next to it. Very similar but the one for rent is a little larger and has a great view of the sunrise and mountains. Grassy yard, fenced in in the back. Firepit for use. Back patio and seating in front and back. No balcony. Garage space included! A few extra closets you can use for storage as well. Shared bathroom. Must be LGBTQ friendly as you will be sharing a bathroom with a kind trans female. I travel a lot and would need occasional help mowing the lawn. Quiet home of healing and warmth. wee friendly if needed for medical. Plenty of dishes to share. Right by a park, bus top, zoo, fairgrounds, pond, river, nature trail for walking and biking. 2 grocery stores within 5 minutes. No pets.
