This gorgeous 3-story home and creative haven is just 35 minutes from downtown Austin, with quick access to 2222, 360, 620, 290, and 183 — so you can get just about anywhere in the city in under 45 minutes (even with heavy traffic).

We’re looking for an emotionally mature, growth-minded, and community-oriented housemate who values healthy living, clear communication, and a beautiful, inspiring environment.

Live on Lake Travis in a peaceful and inspiring home only 35 minutes from downtown Austin. Utilities included in rent.

About the Home:
– Located on Lake Travis with a private dock
– Access to paddle boards and kayaks
– Three-story home with three bedrooms plus guest room, two and a half baths
– Ten minutes to HEB (Four Points), fifteen minutes to Sprouts (Cedar Park), thirty to forty-five minutes to downtown Austin (depending on traffic)
– One well-trained, hypoallergenic labradoodle (Sparky) who gets along with all animals (including humans)

About the Room:
– Spacious and full of natural light
– Windows on three sides with curtains
– Sound-isolated (no one above, below, or beside)
– Medium closet
– Some storage space available in large storage room downstairs
– Semi-private bathroom setup: both main-floor roommates have their own half bath (sink + toilet) connected to a shared shower and bathtub
