While our preference is to rent the space fully furnished as-is, the furniture can be removed upon request if you prefer to bring your own setup. The suite also includes a l private bathroom and a walk-in closet, ok technically you can only walk in one step so count it! Absolute best feature of this layout is the privacy: you get your own dedicated private exterior entrance and a secure locking interior door separating your suite from the rest of the residence. You can enjoy total independence and come and go as you please with zero shared foot traffic. The Property, Household & "Luxury" PerksEnjoy quiet country living on a 5-acre lot located in unincorporated Round Rock. The house sits within a private community and the property itself is gated offering a peaceful buffer from crowded city subdivisions. The Pool: Yes, there is a pool and deck to relax and grill.

The Yard birds(Chickens): We have a flock of chickens on the property. If you love eggs, you get access to all the free, fresh-laid eggs you can possibly handle (turns out, you wont love eggs any more when theyre comin at ya 10 a day) The Garden Opportunity: There is a large garden completely dedicated to you if you want it. Right now, it is a world-class collection of magnificent dead weeds. But if you have a green thumb and want to conquer the weeds to plant your own vegetables, flowers, or crops, the entire space is yours to claim.
