About Us:
We’re a small, easy going household made up of myself, Tania (a single mom), and my 16-year-old daughter, Ak. We've lived here for four years with our three dogs—Ari (Australian Shepherd), Coco (Aussie/Corgi mix), and Maxo (our gentle giant Akita)—plus our super affectionate kitty, ZomZom, who thinks she's one of the dogs. We're pretty low-key: I enjoy gardening and DIY projects, and Ak is a Junior in high school who spends her free time with friends or relaxing in her room.
Two private rooms available, Shared bathroom and common areas. Big yard with space to relax, garden, or enjoy the outdoors. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Walkable to bars, restaurants, and shops. Close to I-35, I-45, and local parks and trails. $700 monthly
What We're Looking For: Someone respectful, clean, and pet-friendly. Guests are welcome, but no wild parties or excessive drinking, no other substances allowed. Ideally female housemates, but open to the right person regardless of gender.
