Quiet Semi Furnished Room in Round Rock, Tx

I have 1 bedroom offered for rent in the Chandler Creek development in Round Rock, starting 4/1/25. Ya’ll will have your own upstairs full bathroom, and there is a half bath downstairs as well. I picked up an additional fridge which is kept in the downstairs front room to give us all adequate food storage. The same room can be used for storage as well. This home has access to the Chandler Creek Park and community pool that is exactly 1 mile down the road. An HEB plus is 2 miles down, and we have the choice between a Walmart 3 miles down, on palm valley, or a Walmart off highway 35 that is in the business plaza next to Home Depot.

We will all split utilities which average throughout the year approx. $75/month. I pay spectrum internet. We have a propane grill on the back patio, and all items throughout the house can be for your use. I take care of the trash, and clean all community areas.

The room available faces the rear of the house, is 10x11 coming in at approx. 110 sqft., and has its own walk in closet that has a dresser. In the room, there is a mattress, pillows. blankets, shelves, and dresser. There is a dresser in the walk in closet, as well. Also, there is window AC unit to further assist the central AC to be used per your convenience.

Current Roomates:
I will be in the Master Bedroom, located above the garage and 2 other roomies will be in the 2 other rooms upstairs. This home did once house 7 children, but I am currently on a family raising hiatus.

I am a neat, respectful, friendly 34 year old family man who essentially keeps to himself. I work 50 hours a week, and periodically visit the hiatusing fam on weekends.
