Seeking one or two people to take over my half of the lease! Two smaller rooms on the second floor with a walk in closet and private bathroom. Common areas are the kitchen, breakfast nook, and living room. There’s an attached two car garage, sizable back yard with a deck, and a working fireplace!
The remaining tenant is Thomas, a 26 year old man, non-smoker, and sober, so heavy drinkers are not preferred. He keeps mostly to himself, but is happy to be a friend, if you’d like. Thomas enjoys fitness, MMA, comedy, and reading. He has a dog, Leo, who is fearful of new people, so there will need to be a couple of meetings prior to move in.
The landlord does require that you submit an application and be approved, which takes 48-72 hours. (More photos to come)
