Common areas (living, kitchen, and dining) is fully furnished. Beautiful backyard perfect for entertaining . House is located conveniently near Texas State University - Round Rock with plenty of options for groceries, restaurants, and entertainment.

Master Room is located at 1st floor , Rest of rooms are at 2nd floor (gives extra privacy since you will have the entire floor for yourself , kitchen will be shared)

you will be sharing the house with one male and one female (both are professional) ..they are staying at 2nd floor

Lease terms : 3/6/12 Months (first and last month rent + security deposit 500)

one room can be rented month by month for 1100 $.

Backyard has Covered Patio and will have sitting area (smoking is allowed at the yard)

I am 36 yrs old, Male, Software Engineer Looking for like-minded professionals prefer individuals cant host families in the mean time (Students are welcome) , would rather keep it low key means no parties/events are allowed , no overnight guests , house is located at safe/quiet neighborhood Community.

It's ready for immediate move in. background check might be needed prior to move in , but it's something you don't have to pay for, I will not consider any tenants with criminal history or any felonies , I prefer professionals but students are welcome as well !
