My husband and I are an older couple in our fifties who maintain a peaceful, clean, quiet home. We have a guest house for rent for a professional. The best fit is someone who works a nine-to-five-type position outside the house. We both work from home.

The guest house is set up as a studio and affords privacy for both the tenant and us. It is furnished with a new queen bed with new mattress, dressers, microwave, toaster oven, stainless refrigerator, coffee maker, flat-screen TV, and ceiling fan. There is also a new washer/dryer and there is a full bathroom with a new deep basin sink. The building is separate from the main house and there is a private entrance accessible through the yard that leads into the space.

The rent is $750 a month and due on the first of every month. ***All utilities, WiFi, are included!

We are in downtown Round Rock close to Sprouts, HEB, Walgreen’s, Dell, Walmart, I-35, and walking distance to the library, bars/restaurants, downtown shops, breakfast eateries, and more....
