$700/mo 2br - ABP w/ Private Bdrm, Bathrm, Hallway

I am looking to rent out the East-wing of my “pre-engineered relocatable linear, single-wide gallery designed Family estate. 😂🤣😂

When you walk in the front door, you immediately walk into the living room and to the left is a dining and kitchen area and then down the hallway past the kitchen is the master bathroom and master bedroom. However, what’s unique is that when you open the front door and walk in, to the right (of the TV in the picture) is a door and behind the door is your own private side of the house. There’s a small hallway with your own full-size bathroom with a walk-in shower and then the bedroom in the back.

We just moved in not even two weeks ago so I haven’t even finished fully unpacking. My place a huge private front porch area that is mostly screened in with either bright lights for hanging out outside, or some nice blue low level lights for more privacy. The back door, which has a built in dog door, opens into a small shed that has washer dryer connection, but I haven’t purchased those yet, but eventually will. The shed then and then leads out into a fenced in backyard.

We are a couple, so you obviously must have no issues with that. Our dogs are our kids, so being comfortable around them and nice to them is mandatory. All three extremely well trained, very friendly and sweet and love people, most importantly again, well trained! Aside from that we are very laid-back. I don’t mind smoking just not inside but on either the front porch or in the back is totally OK.

It is also very important for me to feel comfortable in my own home as well, so I’m more concerned about getting along well with whomever would move in than all the specific financial details and requirements. As long as the person moving in, seems like a good fit, I can be negotiable on the rest.

The rent is $700 a month ABP. The deposit is important because I have been burned in the past, but Lord knows we’ve all financial struggles (otherwise we wouldn’t be looking for a roommate), so again after the fit is right, I can be somewhat flexible on the deposit as well.

Also, just for compatibility sake, I get up at 6 AM every day to go to work, so rather low-key lifestyle I guess. We do have Wi-Fi and while you’re living there I don’t mind sharing access to all of my Netflix, Disney, Prime, Paramount, HBO, etc..

Lastly, the room is furnished, nothing fancy, not decorated yet, but if you don’t have much in the way of furniture, then it will be something to be comfortable in.
