Large Room no shared walls plus office

Very quiet house on a cul-de-sac in Leander 3021 ft.²! furnished rooms but if you have your own that can be easily accomodated. Awesome people only. Pool at the community center, 2 living room spaces- one of which is a workout space, large kitchen, 1 fridge to yourself, washer dryer in the utility room and huge pantry,, 1 large private bathroom. Introverts and quiet activities prefered. TVs in bedrooms, music on headphones or low in our rooms so the house is perfect for meditation, reading, studying and staying fit! I work both from home and in the office but this house is large enough to accommodate another person who also works from home, I have had some really great roommates, so the bar is set high, Large 3021sf home on cul de sac to share with one other person. Split rent and bills. Easy commute to Cedar Park, North Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, Liberty Hill, Jonestown and Lakeway. 6 min to HEB, 2 min to Lake Devine, 20 min to Sprouts and Whole Foods, 7 min to Lowe's, close to everything you need! Awesome roommates only! I'm looking for a great roommate who keeps normal daytime hours, cooks dinner before 10pm, gets up at normal hours (aka not 4 am). No night owls (people who creep around the house all night! ew), no drugs, no smokers, no vapers, no ***, no one who uses alcohol as a coping mechanism (weekly drinker? drink til you're sick or can't drive? NO) - all this to say my last 2 roommates did all of those things and it just doesn't work. Healthy people, people who care about themselves and others only! Life is much better that way for everyone! Dogs will be considered on a case by case basis. Sorry, no cats. Short Term considered on a case by case basis. Short Term rate $45 per day - no exceptions, short term receives 1 room only, higher rate is for ONLY for 1 room on a short term agreement. You must have an end date! 6 months will be considered not short term and will be charged the regular rate. Please keep in mind, short term creates a lot of work.

Application process. Even and especially for short term
- fill out application including references sent through online platform
- provide proof of income, rental history and ID for background check
- First months rent paid in full and the prorated amount can be paid the second month. (pro-rated if in the middle of the month) and deposit prior to moving in.

At my current place I have had quiet guests over like for my birthday or around the holidays. But it's dinner party level noise not full blown party and I expect the same courtesy.
