Super Low Costs Housing/ 1 Room in my Apartment!

I'm offering great (free rent) housing & I have a room in my apartment that's available now.

I definitely have to have someone that doesn't have any pets (of any kind) & I've chosen that in my apartment lease agreement. Additionally, my apartment has a very strict no-smoking (in my apartment) policy. So, I don't want anyone who smokes. If this works for you, definitely reply to my post.

Along with this being great housing for someone, this person will also be a live-in Caregiver for me (& will only be needed to do simple things), in Austin, Texas.

- My apartment will already have professional staff to attend to me throughout every day of the week. I need a live-in Caregiver to be in my apartment, while the staff is gone, so they can help me with simple things (such as: checking the mailbox, preparing meals some days & so I won't be alone).

- There isn't a salary, but I'm offering free rent & you won't have to pay utility bills (for living in my apartment).

- I'm looking for someone who'll spend the needed amount of time at my apartment.

- I'm looking for a good person (& I'll be giving info about myself).

- I have a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment, in northwest Austin (78729 zip code). I'll have the living room and I'm offering you the bedroom (rent free).
