Private room available in Austin Condo

Hey!
I’m posting to find a female to move in with me in a 2BR, 2.5BA Condo of 1280 square feet in the gated Los Indios complex (78729/Austin). Rent is $785/month each base rent. All the bills total about $160 each if you don’t have a pet. There is a pet fee if you do have one. Looking for someone now! There is also a great walking trail in the neighborhood and it is a safe and gated community. The backyard is large and shared with two other Condo units. It is not fully enclosed. The deposit is $400. There is an application costing $75 and a one-time $250 fee to be added to the lease. The room available is 12’8” x 11’3.” Renter’s insurance is also required. You’d have your own large room, large closet, and private bathroom. There is also an office and ½ bath downstairs. Maintenance is included as well as outside pest and lawn at no cost!
About me:
Respectful, responsible, stable and happy Christian professional. Work at UT and have for 15+ years. Go to bed by 10pm on weeknights, workout and have my own life, and like to hike. Prefer not to have a lot of conflict with a roommate since I find it way too stressful! I am independent and tend to do my own thing at home and not be besties with roommates, but a naturally kind and connected roommate relationship with open communication is important to me. I don’t mind catching up with my roommate now and then or watching a movie/cooking dinner once a month or so. Additionally, I’m great with boundaries and compromising so we both enjoy the living situation and keep a positive attitude. I don’t have pets, don’t have people over more than once a month and prefer a peaceful and positive living environment. Finally, I have never missed paying rent or utilities. I’m looking for a female only roommate who is a natural fit so we will have a great year living together! ☺

In detail this may look like someone who has a career, doesn’t throw crazy parties, or has guests over without notice or all the time. Not looking for a roomie with a boyfriend who will be living with us, and no drugs/smoking. Must have a history of paying bills and rent on time. I prefer to have a wonderful roommate who has a happy life of her own and also is okay with the fact that on weekdays at 10pm I go to bed. (I get up early! ☺). Current lease dates 05/01/2025 - 04/30/2026. I moved in in 2024 and will renew the lease in 2026.
