My current roommate of four years is relocating. I'm looking for 1 female roommate for a 2/2 duplex unit in a quiet neighborhood in NW Austin.
Available April 1, 2026.

The unit has a gated porch, lawn, fenced backyard, and one car garage which is used for storage.
Living and dining areas have wood floors; bedrooms have polished concrete floors.

-Washer and dryer in the unit
-Living room, dining room, and kitchen are furnished

About room:
- 1 private, unfurnished bedroom
- 1 private bathroom
A (refundable) deposit is required + 1st month's rent at move-in.
Rent is $750 p/ month + half of utilities.
All utilities (including electric, water, internet, etc.) range about $110-$141 per person p/month, depending on the season.
Clean background and proof of income are required.

About me:
Female professional, responsible, respectful;
