Need Roommate for my home in Jarrell.

Renting out a basic 10x10 bedroom in my home. There's 2 of them same size both on the same side of the house both bedrooms newly painted. One has shelves already in it left from my former roommate which you can take down if you want. One without. You'll have your own bathroom & all the utilities are included as long as you dont run em up crazy.
Here's what I need from you.....quiet & responsibility
-Have a FT job (not negotiable) steady income
-Be pretty handy in fixing stuff as im not haha. Im one of those 1st time homeowners you hear about that can't do much.
-Dont be bringing overnight guests & come in & out of my house at crazy times.
-I could care less about politics/religion so dont bother.
-I work 55 hrs a week & 2 jobs so I have no time for nonsense, late payments, excuses etc. I evicted my last roommate for that.
-No smoking of any kind either please since I dont & it hasn't happened in this house in the 5 yrs ive owned it.
-Im not a clean freak but we aren't filming hoarding buried alive in my home either so keep it clean/orderly.
