Private, single person room available for rent. 12' x 12' room, carpeted, furnished with queen bed, dresser, and night stand. Portable a/c unit. Shared restroom with second roommate.

Great neighborhood. Pretty quiet. Off street parking. Nice 4 bedroom house. Big back yard.

Looking for: Single tenant. Must be neat and clean. Drug free. Must have a reliable job and able to pass a background check. No one who works from home (unless willing to pay more to cover additional utilities). Would prefer someone dog friendly (not allergic), as I have a puppy in the house.

1st months rent ($800) plus $250 cleaning deposit ($1050 total) upon moving in. Prorated amount if moving in by mid month. 3 month lease minimum, then month to month. Would prefer a longer term tenant (1 year+). Monthly rent includes all utilities (water/sewer, electric, gas, trash, and wifi).

No couples. Must have 1 vehicle. No work vehicle and personal vehicles allowed (not enough parking space).
