Hi! I’m looking for a respectful, easygoing roommate to share my cozy two-story home located on the edge of Hutto, right across from the high school. The neighborhood sits conveniently between Round Rock and Pflugerville, just minutes from Highway 130 and Route 79, and a short drive to downtown Hutto.

The upstairs bedroom for rent comes with your own full bathroom, which is rarely used except for the occasional guest visit — otherwise, it’s all yours!

The home is shared with my boyfriend ( we live downstairs), plus one friendly cat and one gentle dog. We’re open to you bringing your own pet, as long as they get along with others — tell me about them!

Rent is a flat rate of $850 per month, which includes utilities and internet.
