Hello this is not in Hutto it just got zoned as Hutto. Furnished room in a private home for rent. Close to Gattis School Road quick access 130 Round Rock/ Pflugerville . The rest of the house is furnished, pots pans dishes, bedding also.
The room is aprox 13x12. It is fully furnished with a very comfortable queen size bed, dresser and T. V. the closet is a good size The rent $750 a month with 100 for utilities, and a 200.00 dollar deposit. Will prorate rent for remainder of this month, there would only be two people living here. There is a spare frig for your use and space in the pantry for non- perishables. A 30 day notice is required when vacating. Looking for someone who is mature, you will need a vehicle as there is no public transport. We are close to HEB, Limestone mall. There is a community pool. Sorry no pet as there are 2 cats here already they are friendly and I clean up after them. If interested please let me know a little about yourself. Would prefer someone who works out of the home as it not really set up for working from home. No smoking no drugs. Have high speed internet and cable. Parking for one vehicle in driveway or on street. This is a safe quiet area house has security system. There is not much space to store stuff but could work something out for a few things.
