Hello! I’m looking for a housemate to share a spacious 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home in Leander, TX, the heart of Texan hill country. The room I have available is a spacious master bedroom with its own walk-in closet and spacious private bathroom with high-pressure shower, his-and-her bathroom sink, integrated linen closet and toilet. The room is on ground level and can come furnished with high-quality furniture (including king bed frame, king mattress, armchairs, credenza and side table) if required. It feels like a separate home unit / studio as the other three rooms are all on the second floor with their separate living room.

The house includes complimentary access to the swimming pool and club gym (24/7), which is a 3-min walk from the property.

The house is a completely new construction with plenty of space (1900 sqft), storage capacity, walk-in closets in every bedroom, huge backyard space for pets, as well as private garage parking for your car.

It boasts high-speed internet and completely new high-end GE appliances including top-of-the-line fridge and washer and dryer and a gas stove and oven. The backyard has huge open green space for any pets or just for lounging in the sun.

Larkspur is located off of Highway 183 just south of Highway 29, giving easy access to surrounding areas including Round Rock, Cedar Park, and Austin. It’s a 30 to 40-min drive to downtown Austin. It’s an 8-min drive to nearby supermarkets (HEB) and 10-min drive to downtown Leander .

I’m an Australian hailing from Sydney and have lived in the States for around a decade now. I do economics and policy research for a consulting company but love to work out, cook, play music, read and travel in my free time.
