Kitchen, laundry and bath cleaning is shared by all tenants. Kitchen appliances, Cookware and flatware available. Provide your own linens & towels; laundry and kitchen consumables.
Back patio covered back yard has fire pit, high table and 4 tall stools.
Short-term rentals of at least one week are $225. per week. Couples will be considered !
There is a well behaved Cockapoo puppy who stays occasionally for a day or so.
