Rental agreement is month to month 30 days notice for move out.
Room and utilities except for phone. Includes kitchen privileges washroom privileges living room dining room patio and back and front yards.. tenant is expected to buy their own groceries, laundry supplies, bathroom supplies etc. and contribute to the household chores we take turns cleaning the shared Jack and Jill bathroom and taking out the trash, sweeping floor, cleaning kitchen, watering the lawn, raking leaves etc. Owner prefers chores to charging higher rent but this is negotiable.
