This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house sits on half an acre just 2-3 walkable miles from Natural Grocers, Lake Georgetown, and The Square Downtown. There is a deck with a charcoal grill to enjoy burgers, free range chickens who provide the most delicious eggs, three raised bed garden boxes, a whole house water filter and softener, and a meticulously maintained 34 jet hot-tub. We offer driveway parking for your SUV, and a guest pass to a nearby fitness center. Inside, the home is professionally cleaned bi-monthly, and all our household appliances can be shared. Your upstairs guest room is 10 X 12, shares a bathroom, has a regular 2ft by 4ft closet, receives great high speed internet, and is furnished to include a queen sized bed but can be unfurnished depending on preference.

I am a father, rabbi, author, and reality television guy who when not cycling >7000 a year, is probably in another country on a show (yeah, really). My daughter (2011) and son (2012) are with me every Thursday, every other weekend, and loads of time in the summer, but outside of that it is just us grown ups. I like to keep our place safe, drug free and drama light but we are down for having fun and enjoying drinks responsibly.
