My townhome is clean, modern, and well-kept—a quiet, inviting space you can feel at home in. Bedrooms & bathrooms are at opposite ends of the house, offering extra privacy.

This is primarily a financial arrangement, but if we click, I’m open to friendly conversation and occasional socializing.

My homeowner’s insurance does not cover your personal belongings. You will need to purchase your own renters if desired.
