I am renting out a clean and cozy room on the second floor of my home. The room includes:

Access to laundry room (washer and dryer available)

While the room does not have an attached bathroom, a separate bathroom is conveniently located nearby.

I am looking for a quiet, responsible female tenant who is a working professional with a regular daytime schedule. No pets, no smoking, and no overnight guests, please. Quiet hours are expected after 10 PM, and shared spaces (kitchen and bathroom) must be kept clean and tidy.

Additional Details:

Rent: $850/month

Utilities (electricity, water, gas): $100/month (Wi-Fi may not be included and may vary based on usage)

Minimum lease: 3 months

Street parking available

2 weeks' notice required before moving out
