Hello! My husband and I are looking for a roommate for our 2 bed2bath apartment in the Cedar Park area. The $720 cost from each of us comes from the total cost divided (rent and all) for what would be the 3 of us. If you're a couple and both work then we can divided it by 4! We have a cat named Bingus who is chill and mostly sleeps, doesnt hop on counters or knock things down. We work all day from 7-5 and in the evenings we usually just play videogames or watch movies. We cook sometimes other times we are lazy haha. We dont have much furniture because we moved in with nothing and its pricey out here so if you have furniture that's a plus!

The apartment is on the first floor and its really spacious! The complex has a pool, clubhouse, gym and its gated! We will be going through the leasing office so there is a $50 application fee which my husband is willing to cover for you. Its for a background check and soft credit inquiry before adding you to the lease. Let us know if youre interested we are hoping to get someone(s) asap!!!
