I’m a retired chef, working part time as a weekend baker at Sprouts. As a member of my household You can use my employee discount.
I am quiet and clean, gone most days only to return in the late afternoon for a meal and sleep.
Apartment is on 2nd floor w/no stairs on the Bluebonnet side. Upstairs and downstairs tenants are always quiet.
Living room is unfurnished and you will be free to add any furnishings that You wish. There is a lovely balcony that opens onto the courtyard. I have a small cafe table w/chairs… a great place for morning coffee or a meal.
Utilities are in my name and run $30-50 a month (high end is in the winter). Trash, water and WiFi are included. Parking is free.
Pathways will require a background check and a year’s lease for You.
I’ve lived here since 12/2024 and love the neighborhood. Management/Maintenance is great here.
Currently a pet free household, I will consider a well behaved cat or small/medium dog.
Pathways does not allow smoking in the apartment nor common areas.
