We have a room opening up immediately in our 1970s duplex crash pad, located literally across the street from the South entrance of Barton Springs. You can skip the pool parking nightmare entirely this May!

Barton Springs is a river/beach situation. Cool clean water.

Across the street from the Town Lake Trail, 15 miles of premium waterfront trail that cuts through downtown. Excellent for joggers and bikers.

Next to Greenbelt Trail. 7 miles of rough trail perfect for hikers.

This is a strict sublet from April 20 to June 1.

The Space & Perks:

Private room furnished simply with small table and a twin bed (or full air mattress, your call). Bedding is included.

Closet space available.

The house features Google Fiber (fastest Wi-Fi in Austin), an in-unit washer/dryer, and a great backyard.

We have kayaks and a paddleboard that you are welcome to use at the lake and Barton Creek. 5 minute walk.

The Vibe:
You'd be sharing the house and 1.5 baths with 2-3 laid-back guys in our 30s. We keep the common areas clean and respectful. Two of us travel for work frequently and are only there half the time, so it's a very quiet, relaxed environment.
