Hey there! Looking to transfer out my upcoming renewal lease due to moving out of state to be closer to my family. The property is located off 24th street at 24 Longview. It is located just right outside of downtown Austin (3-5 minute drive), and just outside of the West campus for UT (5-10 minute walk). Area is easily accessible, and has necessary shops around it (Barbershop, grocery stores, food spots, pharmacies). Has a big pool behind building that has lawn chairs and grilling spots. Also a gym with free weights, smith machine, treadmills + bikes, and some stand alone machines. Infront of the apartment is limited parallel parking and there is a parking garage underneath the building. Parking for the garage is $110 a month, no assigned spots and 2 levels (main level and lower level). The apartment is a 4 bedroom 2 bath with a balcony located on the third floor (highest floor). Currently, there is not any roommates living in the apartment. Me and my other 2 roommates all moved out separately this month. Living room is furnished with a couch, table stand, and smart tv that come with the apartment. Kitchen is on the smaller end, but has counter top space, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, and a couple of cabinets for storage. Bathrooms for each set of rooms is connected between them, and have 2 sinks + medicine cabinets for personal space + storage. The room itself is one of the two larger rooms (10ft x 10ft), so it has more space and a larger bed. Has a double door closet, desk + chair, and a double sized bed.
