I’m looking for a roommate to share a lovely mid-century modern homestead in the Windsor Park neighborhood. The home has been remodeled and features a spacious, modern kitchen and yoga/workout room. Outdoors, you’ll find perennial gardens in the front, vegetable and herb gardens in the back, and fruit and pecan trees throughout the property—perfect if you enjoy green spaces and a calm, homey environment.

A bit about me: I’m a 41-year-old woman who works from home. I’m clean and respectful (but not rigid about it) and hope you are too. I love cooking, gardening, festivals, and dancing. I’m an artist and former acrobat. I have an 18-lb cockapoo who adores people and other pets, and I occasionally dog-sit—so you may see another friendly pup from time to time. If you don’t enjoy dogs, this probably isn’t the best fit.

I’m hoping to find a roommate who is responsible, communicative, and considerate—someone who values a comfortable, peaceful home and good vibes.
