3x3; private 1B1B lease takeover ASAP-July

I’m trying to sublease my apartment at Torre. Due to medical issues, I need to vacate my apartment, but I have to find someone to take over my lease before they let me leave.
I’m struggling lol.
My roommates are very sweet girls. Polite and clean, quiet for the most part. Occasionally will have friends over, but mainly hang out outside of the apartment with their friends and we all tell each other when we are planning on having friends over.
There’s in unit washer and dryer, utilities and internet included with the base rent, prime downtown spot 6 minutes walking to UTA. Very walkable area with many restaurants, pop ups, study spots, and shopping.
Res life hosts community events twice a month. There’s a rooftop pool, study lounge, gym, and a top floor hang out with pool and sand table shuffle board, all with a beautiful view of the city of Austin.
Security is great, as all guests have fobs in order to scan into the building and scan to use the elevator, as well as to get into resident apartments.
