Condo Located in Great Location close to UT/DT

Looking for someone to take over my bedroom and private bathroom in a 2bed/2bath condo. Preferably asap or February 1st. Little bit about the room: It is a medium size, fits a full or queen size bed, high ceilings, big tall windows, own private restroom and walk in closet. Shared kitchen and living room. Its in a great location close to west campus and less than a 10 minute drive to downtown. Whole foods, target and HEB close within 10 minute drive.

About the roommate: She is in her mid 20's, working professional in software engineering, enjoys working out, going to the gym. She is super friendly and willing to share appliances if needed. I hardly see her, she likes to give you your space. Basically feels like you're living alone. She is also clean and organized. Never has friends over or any of that sort. She is super chill and I never had issues with her.
