I have 1 room available that shares a bathroom with one other tenant (located in the hallway just outside the door). Super spacious backyard, well equipped kitchen and laundry room, and a tastefully furnished living and dining room with a bonus craft/sewing area open to use.

Home is near the Mueller area the lovely Dottie Jordan park, as well as close proximity to Busty’s, Silver Medal, Austin Creative Reuse, and much more! It’s also on the 337 Metro route and surrounded with safe biking and walking routes.

$950/mo with $800 deposit. Utilities are separate: waste, gas, electric, and internet bring the total to ~$1,070/mo each.

I have one cat (indoor/outdoor) who uses a cat door. I also have a 3-year-old child who will split time between mine and their dad’s homes.
Roommate #2 has a super friendly mini Aussie.
