Furnished room - price is all in!

Hi everyone! My brother and I are looking for a new roommate in our home that's located in the South Austin area. We live in a quiet, chill neighborhood that's close to a many stores - Costco, Whole Foods, Central Market, HEB, Target, and more are within 5-10min of driving, which is super convenient for running errands.

The room is furnished and comes with a bed, desk, and chair. I'd say it's ideal for someone who wants a quiet place to study/work or relax after coming home for the day. We have a big kitchen that comes fully stocked with anything you might need, since I like to chef it up.

My brother and I are generally homebodies that like to keep to ourselves. He works at an assisted living facility in HR and I work at a fintech company as a product person. We're respectful and keep things drama free, and just ask for similar treatment from our roommate.
