Ok, here is what you get: your own bedroom in a 2-story home with your own bathroom and your own refrigerator. Upstairs bedroom newly painted and carpet shampooed. We have a smaller bedroom with a chest of drawers, tv and daybed for roommies use. You have the upstairs to yourself. We have wi-fi, a game room and cable tv with tons of channels. Also, have a fenced in back yard. Guess what, no lease to sign and no bills to pay! We pay all the bills. We would like someone to stay at lease 6 months but longer is even better!! Room might be available sooner around 7/21/26 or so. Ok now for the fun part, we are a middle-aged married couple that love to have fun just as much as you do. We have family in Port Aransas, so we love the beach. We have a hunting lease between Mason & Junction, so we love the great outdoors.
