We are a married couple that own a home in southwest Austin 78745. We rent a large upstairs unfurnished bedroom w/private bathroom. We are thinking of putting a bed and chest of drawers in the large bedroom if the potential incoming roomie has no furniture. The upstairs bedroom is newly painted and carpet shampooed. We have a second bedroom upstairs with a daybed, tv & small chest of drawers that roomie is welcome to use. You basically get the whole upstairs to yourself. PLUS, you get your own refrigerator. We have wi-fi, a game room and cable tv with tons of channels. Also, have a fenced in back yard. Rent is $650 monthly with a $200 deposit. We pay all the bills. No lease. We would like someone to stay at least 6 months but the longer the better! The room is available now.
