hi everyone! My brother and I are looking for a housemate that also shares our low maintenance, chill lifestyle. I work in tech in a hybrid model, and he's in HR for an assisted living facility, so we're both gone during the day during the week. We both tend to be homebodies, so we usually live best with people who are looking for an affordable, safe place to crash and are out busy with their days. We're about 15min outside of downtown in Sunset Valley (if you're moving/new to Austin, it's southwest!).

The room is furnished with a bed, desk, and chair, which works well for hybrid/remote professionals or post graduate students. Please feel free to DM me with any questions. The room will be available starting March 1st. I require a refundable security deposit along with first months rent, and start with a 6 month lease before we look into something longer term.
