Room for rent in North Austin

hi! My name is Emerson im 25 and I’m looking for someone to take over my roommates lease starting either June 1st up to August 1st going forward at least a year or hopefully more( aka earliest start is june 1 latest is August 1). It’s a 1148 sq ft apartment in north Austin about 10-15 min away from downtown. You’d be taking the master bedroom complete with a walk in closet and bathroom for around $1100 a month plus utilities. Ive attached photos of the model apartment your room will be unfurnished.
I have a cat and would love for someone who also has a cat or is ok with me getting a second cat if you don’t have one. Dogs are ok too but I need a cat for my cat she has separation anxiety and needs a friend.
