- Resident of the Primary Bedroom has priority in the living room, and garage. These are still communal spaces, and there is currently plenty of space for your furniture!
- Rent + Deposit required prior to move in. 3 Month term minimum, M2M thereafter as long as the situation continues to work for everyone involved.
- No more than 2 occupants per room.

Utilities:
- Not included in rent, and are instead divided amongst the total # of occupants in the house each month.
- Average cost will vary by usage and headcount, but would expect this to come out to around $100 - $125 a month. More details below.
