This 2018-built home in the Bradshaw Crossing development has two bedrooms available - a master bedroom with two closets and en suite bathroom, and a private bedroom with shared bathroom - with one roommate present. Large kitchen and living room, bonus shared TV room, large raised bed garden, lawn and outdoor patio. Community pool, basketball court, parks, and nearby wooded walking trails.

We are seeking: Good communicators interested in establishing and maintaining a respectful, collaborative household where plenty of space is given but shared spaces are thoughtfully maintained. Smoking outside, but not indoors, is ok, and the garden beds are free for tenant use.

Any visible furniture in photos has been or can be removed.

The home is shared with three friendly cats who spend much of their time outside; a compatible dog may be considered.
