- Team of maids come in TWICE a month and do deep clean of common areas of house (no extra charge).
- Lawn mowing is done by a company also (also no extra charge), so we never have to mow the lawn.
- Landlord takes care of appliances, so no worries on that.
- Super sweet backyard outdoor area where the roomies like to chill and have a beer.
- McKinney Falls (hiking, biking, swimming, camping) is like 10 min away, it’s AWESOME to swim in the waterfalls.
- Very chill neighborhood to go for walks in.
- Very large house with open floor plan living room, dining room, and kitchen.
- Place is clean and chill.

No smoking indoors (outdoors totally ok, the guys smoke and chill outside most days). Peaceful place to come home to.
