- 1 private upstairs bedroom (a bit smaller), large closet, with a shared bath for $700/mo + utilities

ABOUT THE HOUSE: Two story home with furnished common areas, private bedrooms are unfurnished, large backyard, downstairs has common area half bath. Appliances include refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Some amenities include high speed internet, Netflix, and shared community pool access!

LOCATION: South Austin, Vistas of Austin — 5 min to major shopping complex (Southpark Meadows with HEB, Walmart, Target, endless fast food/restaurants, etc), 15 to 20 min to downtown, 15 min to airport, 15 min to McKinney Falls State Park, quick access to IH-35

TERMS: Flexible with lease terms but longer leases are preferred, no pets, and no smoking
