The house is a beautiful, natural light-filled space with vaulted ceilings. I installed sky lights in the living room, making it a perfect environment for growing indoor plants. The back yard is fully fenced (perfect for pets) and has a back porch and gas grill. It also has 2 giant oak trees just far enough apart to hang a hammock between and watch the sunset. I have garden beds surrounding the back yard with tons of flowers. There’s a 2 car garage, lots of closet space, a great back porch, and awesome neighbors.

Who are you: ideally, you’re 30+ and looking for a relaxing peaceful place to call home. You’d be sharing the house with a great roommate - a teacher in her early 40s who has lived here for almost 4 years. She’s tidy, respectful, communicative, and loves landscaping, so she will always mow the lawn!

We’re located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood just down the road from two large public parks, an off leash dog trail, and a free neighborhood pool. I’ve done a ton of work to update the house and bathrooms, including install insulation and solid doors to soundproof the house.
