Quiet house in South Austin suburb. I have a normal Monday-Friday hybrid schedule. The area has a pool. Two miles from 35/ and a ton of amenities/ Southpark Meadows. Only 20 minutes to downtown. Parking on street and in driveway. We’ll have our own yard. I have a large washer/dryer. Kitchen amenities are free to use as long as things are handled properly!

Unfortunately, we have three dogs so we cannot accept pet owners. I love music and watching TV and going to boxing/ working out. I would ideally love a running partner haha (I am a slow runner tho). You will have your own room and bathroom. We may occasionally ask to use the bathtub to bathe the dogs. The room is furnished, but I can move things out if you want to put your own furniture in there. This is a fairly quiet neighborhood. I prefer someone who is ok with having a few people over at a time only.
