All dishes , glasses , coffee cups , silverware and cooking equipment is included for use in the shared rental space . No need to bring anything.
Laundry room in house .
Parking is free .
Bus stop is less than 100 yards away .
Shopping and restaurants are nearby, including HEB grocery .
Unfortunately, I’m not able to accommodate pets because of the other housemates .
By the way , the roommate situation is very good here . This is a mature group of roommates that get along well . Everyone does their own thing in life but everyone gets along and communicates normally. I don’t discriminate against young people but this isn’t a party house but more like a shared space , that allows you to save money and still live in a comfortable environment.
