The room is fully furnished with high quality furniture- queen size bed( with new protective mattress cover) , dresser , bed side table , wall mounted TV and leather chair ( available) but if you would like to add a desk then you could store some furniture in the garage . This is a great room for a student or a person that works outside the home . I do require proof of income or a source of income and you’ll need some references . This is a shared home and that should be considered . You should be comfortable with sharing a house . The kitchen , living room , dining room , garage , yard and laundry is shared space . You’ll also have access to the pool , which is located across the street from the house . There are also nearby restaurants , parks and shopping centers . As well, there is a bus stop across the street , if you don’t own a car. As well, there is plenty of street parking spaces available. HEB grocery is also nearby.
I provide 1 new protective mattress cover and new protective pillow covers with new pillows . The room is cleaned professionally before a move in and monthly cleaning is done for the entire house and room - free of charge . I have extra sheets and bed cover available but you should buy your own. Otherwise , the room is ready to move in .
All dishes , glasses , coffee cups , silverware and cooking equipment is included for use in the shared rental space . No need to bring anything but if you have some things then we can look at what works and store extra things in the garage , if needed . You’ll have 2 large containers for garage storage and possibly some extra storage space.
Unfortunately, I’m not able to accommodate pets at this time because this is a shared house.
This is a mature and friendly group of roommates that get along well . Everyone does their own thing but everyone gets along and communicates normally, as adults. You will have a private room but you will share other spaces of the house and that requires effective communication skills . If you can communicate normally, then it will be a great place for you.
