Monthly Maid Service and weekly Lawn service .
Maid service for entire house including your room and bathroom . You can pay extra to get your laundry done directly by the maid ,if you choose .
Swimming pool with park in Amenities center and walking trails through neighborhood and Onion creek .
Rent is 850 a month and this covers your utilities and internet bill and once a month , maid services.
The room is fully furnished with a protected mattress with queen size bed , bedside table and leather chair .
If you require bus service , we have a bus stop in the neighborhood but we also have parking for 1 car . The house currently has 2 male and 1 female housemates. The available room would be best for a female because you would share the bathroom with a female . It’s a small room and might be good for a student.
HOA requires a minimum of 6 month lease, so no short term tenants. All of the tenants are longterm renters and everyone must be on the lease or added upon moving in. This is a small room and unique but very cute and cozy . It has a very comfortable bed, leather chair and bed table . The room has French doors with curtains for privacy , as it was once an office but converted to a room . The room has a large window that has a great view , looking out onto the park and it’s easy to use the front porch as outdoor space for morning coffee . There is an extra ( personal) closet for storage in the hall with a digital code lock and there are extra storage draws under the bed . I also have storage bins in the garage . The space in the house kitchen , living room , laundry room , dining room and outdoor patios are shared space for all of the housemates to enjoy .
The person that rents this room must be very clean and tidy and you must share a house bathroom with another female , so keep that in mind . If you’re a person who needs your own bathroom at all times , then this won’t work.
All of the tenants work professionally or are full time students . As the owner , Im only in the U. S. for part of the year and I live in Greece for at least 6 months of the year . I’ll only rent this room to the right person , who is calm and easy to get along with others and you must follow HOA rules . This is not a short term rental or airbnb .
The rent covers all of your bills , including all utilities - gas , electric , water , trash . Plus, high speed GIG internet , pool access , yard service, pest control, maid service . Rent can be paid easily by Zelle or Venmo .
