12x11 Room for rent

RENT SHOWN INCLUDES UTILITIES (based off of what electricity and water ends up being it might be less). Looking for someone Lgbtq+ or an ally as I am trans. I have a small kitchen but it works. It has a fridge, oven, stove, air fryer, and microwave. I have a lot of kitchen stuff but if you have your own we can find room. There’s a living room (currently no furniture or tv) and a dining room (currently no furniture). You would get a 12’ x 11’ room with carpet and a 2’ x 4’ closet. There’s a shared full size bathroom across the bedroom with a lot of storage space. The bathroom would be yours but very rarely used for guests and we woukd share the bath/shower and the big storage for all of the towels. I don’t have in unit washer dryer but there is one in the apartment complex. There is a fee of $4 per load.
