• You would have a 400 square foot suite, bath room with shower, closet, kitchen, microwave and refrigerator for your personal use located above the garage, set back on the property. Extra storage space is available if needed.

• The apartment has 2-AC units to deal with the hot Texas sun. One is a central heating/cooling unit and the second unit is a new, very efficient, mini split installed after the last summer’s heat. Each unit is capable of heating and cooling the apartment by its self, up to the upper 90s but if the temperature should go to 110 degrees you still can be cool.

• Access to laundry in the main house and vegetable garden included.

• Google fiber is included

• Central Market, Sprouts and Target are within 1-mile and 3-HEBs are within 3-miles for your food shopping and other needs.

• 7-minute walk from Uncommon Objects, an eclectic antique and jewelry shop, Radio, a Hip spot for coffee, beer & pastries, a professional medical building, dentist offices and a 5-minute drive to a hospital and additional medical offices.

I’m fun to be around, although I keep to myself a lot at home as I’m typically working on projects or exhausted from teaching and mentoring co-workers during the week.
