I would like to lease an upstairs bedroom of my 2 story home. 3 bedrooms are upstairs but I primarily hang out downstairs with my 3 dogs. You would have access to your own bedroom, full bathroom and upstairs living room space and the laundry room. The spaces are furnished now, but I could lease as unfurnished too. I prefer someone with no pets. I'm very clean and neat, so would want the same type of roommate. I also don't drink or smoke. Looking for a professional or student to share my home with. $1350 includes all bills paid (electricity, water, internet and housekeeper every 2 weeks). My home is close to the Manchaca entertainment district and pickleball courts. Please feel free to ask any questions.
