Looking for a roommate for a furnished room in my 3 bed / 2 bath house in South Austin (near William Cannon + Westgate)!

About the house:
Beautiful backyard pool
Shared living room, dining room, and kitchen
Furnished room with a Murphy bed and small closet
Private detached bathroom directly across the hall
Pet-friendly
Close to lots of grocery stores, trails/green belt, Brodie shopping, and other fun bars (Leona, Sagebrush, Golden Goose)
15 minutes from downtown
Friendly neighbors

About me:
I’m 33, work from home, and love spending time with friends, hanging by the pool, seeing live music, taking dance/pilates classes, and occasionally hosting themed parties or get-togethers. I travel for work about once a month (varies).

I also have two adorable dogs:
JoJo (Yorkie)
Spock (Boxer)

They’re super friendly and love people (and each other), so being comfortable around dogs is important. I’m open to roommates with pets too, depending on fit.

Ideal roommate:
Looking for someone clean, communicative, responsible, and down-to-earth who wants a relaxed and fun home environment. Bonus if you’re willing to occasionally dog sit when I travel — happy to offer discounted rent in exchange.
