Upstairs Suite for Rent

About the House:

I have a sweet house in South Austin that is close to a lovely park and natural area with trails that is predominantly used by the neighborhood for off-leash dog walking. The house is gorgeous inside, with the garden out front in progress / mid terraforming! The layout is perfect for sharing — the downstairs is very open and spacious, the kitchen is a dream, and the space available is the upstairs suite with 2 rooms and a newly redone bathroom included with 2 really decent closets and a small linen closet. One room could be a bedroom and the other would make a fabulous studio, office, yoga room, den.

About Me:

I’m a 34 year old horticulturist with an Australian shepherd / golden retriever pup who’s 10. He’s a very good boy (of course). When I’m not at work, I love to cook and do house or garden projects, and would love to get back into making candles. I have friends that I do work trades with, so we’ll alternate whose house or garden we’re working on together, and I love to host an occasional meal or meet up with friends for happy hour or a dog walk. While I revert to being a bit of a night owl when I have chunks of time off of work, I do have to get up early with my job so I appreciate chill / quiet evenings.
