Private bed and bathroom in Far south Austin house

ABOUT THE SPACE:
Our space is a 3b/2.5 bth south Austin house around 2000 sqft. There is a yard and a covered back porch. There is an upstairs bedroom that we use as an office, and an upstairs loft (common space). You would be renting one private room and a private bathroom in the upstairs space. The bedroom currently has a bed which can be used or removed if you have your own.

ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for someone who has steady income and employment who has no issue passing rent and bills each month. We ask that things stay fairly tidy in common spaces, just general cleaning up after yourself. No pets, unfortunately. *** okay, outside or in your room. Guests okay as long as they aren’t strangers.
We will ask for proof of income and references from past landlords.

ABOUT US:
Both myself and my partner are the current tenants. We are a couple and we occupy the primary bedroom downstairs together. We’re very laidback, we stay busy with work and we spend a lot of evenings out. We both have hobbies in live comedy performance. Our time spent at home is just a lot of vegging out and relaxing. Once in a while we may have a small backyard party or something but otherwise fairly low key. We NOT religious. We are politically LEFT/progressive people. There is one dog in the house who is not friendly with other pets, no please no pets.
