I’m not in a rush to get a roommate, i haven’t had one since college and I can afford the rent on my own. So I’m really just trying to find a great match, and taking my time being selective.
Great bathroom, the half bathroom is pretty small. I will be getting a washer and dryer installed. Decent size patio. Open floor plan with the bedrooms being upstairs.
I am 29, Latin, originally from LA I’ve been in Austin for 4yrs now, openly gay but not really looking for another gay roommate, respectfully. I started my own business last year and work 6days a week. I am pretty much gone most of the day from 11am-9pm. I personally hate cooking so plenty of fridge space. I have a large dog, pit/catahoula mix. I’m not looking for any one with pets! Shes tends to be wary of strangers (but is pretty well trained) so it’ll be an adjustment for her.
