Furnished Master Bedroom, Bath and Walk-in Closet This room is situated across the living room from my side of the house so very private. The French doors open into the kitchen and sliding door opens into the sunroom. It is freshly painted and has brand new flooring.
I have laundry facilities in the garage, but only one parking spot in the garage where I park. There is off-street parking in the driveway outside the garage.
I do have two dogs. I am trying to find a new home for one of them so hopefully will only have one. My Frenchie is very protective and always with me. I have a gate to keep him out of the living area and other side of the house. He's totally house trained and super sweet once he gets to know you!
There is also a large backyard, deck, propane grill and fire pit. It is a great place to relax with a glass of wine.
Also, I have solar panels. Still get an electricity bill, but it is significantly less.
